book-cannon.com ("this site") takes service appointment requests for Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg and Cannon Toyota of Moss Point (each a "store" or "the dealership"). The site is operated for the dealerships by their technology provider, Dreidas ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on this site, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you type in the chat box: your name, phone number and your messages. The chat box is provided by the dealership's messaging platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel).
- Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider and the chat-box provider receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, and the chat box may set cookies to keep a conversation open.
How we use it
- To pass your request to the store you chose so its service team can contact you and schedule your appointment.
- If you agreed to texts, to send you the text messages described below.
- To keep this site secure, prevent spam, and fix problems.
Text messages and your mobile number
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver the messages for the dealership (such as its messaging platform and the phone carriers), and only to send them.
Texts are sent only if you give us your mobile number in the chat box on this site, or give consent at the dealership. They are about your appointments and your vehicle's service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or of any purchase. Who we share information with
- The dealership you chose, which uses your information to schedule and perform your service under its own privacy practices.
- Service providers that run this site for us: our web host (Netlify), and the dealership's messaging platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which runs the chat box and sends text messages. They may use the information only to provide those services.
- When the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
This site has no forms and stores nothing you type. Chat conversations are kept in the dealership's messaging platform as part of its customer records. Ask us or your store and we will have them deleted.
Your choices
- Stop texts: reply STOP to any message, or tell your store.
- See, correct or delete your information: email growthgremlins@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. For records the dealership keeps about your vehicle, you can also contact your store directly.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your information to the people who need it to handle your request.
Children
This site is for vehicle owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
