Terms & SMS Terms
These terms cover your use of book-cannon.com, which takes service appointment requests for Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg and Cannon Toyota of Moss Point, and the dealerships' service text-message program. The site is operated for the dealerships by their technology provider, Dreidas.
Text-message (SMS) program
- Program: Cannon Toyota Service Notifications.
- Who sends the messages: Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg or Cannon Toyota of Moss Point, whichever store you chose or do business with, through its messaging provider.
- What you will receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, updates while your vehicle is in service, and notices about recalls, scheduled maintenance or alerts your vehicle reports, sometimes with a link to book a service time.
- How you opt in: by giving your mobile number in the chat box on this site, or by giving consent at the dealership.
- Message frequency varies with your appointments and your vehicle.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. You can also tell the dealership you no longer want texts.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, call your store (Vicksburg (601) 680-4285, Moss Point (228) 762-3533), or email growthgremlins@gmail.com.
- Consent is not a condition of booking an appointment or of any purchase.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Appointment requests
Starting a chat is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The store's service team contacts you to confirm a time. Prices, parts availability, warranty coverage and the work itself are between you and the dealership.
Using this site
- Give accurate information, and only your own phone number or one you are authorized to use.
- Do not misuse the site, for example by sending automated or fraudulent requests or trying to break its security.
Toyota names
Toyota and Toyota vehicle names are trademarks of Toyota Motor Corporation. Cannon Toyota of Vicksburg and Cannon Toyota of Moss Point are independently owned and operated authorized Toyota dealerships. This is not a Toyota Motor Sales corporate website.
No warranty and limits
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise it will always be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
If we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new effective date.
